From the Forums: Alternative & Viable Hybrid Scout Build

The Allods Online forums are a great source of current information.  One of the biggest benefits is that there is often a great discussion following any topic or guide.  Today, we venture back to the Scout forums.  Pure builds are boring.  Hybrid is the new cool.  And any guide that starts out with

Ok let me put this down in simple words: It works.

Here's the gist:

1)This is not a PURE melee build.
2)I intend to kill my target before it reaches thus elimination the need to go melee.
3)I don't necessarily intend on sprinting up to them and doing [I Have a Potty Mouth] to get myself killed.
4)This is PRIMARILY a range build with melee capabilities
5)This may or may be an already posted build0though i am not aware of it)
6)This build is to strictly help out new players so that they don't get rank 3 feint etc..
7)I'm not asking for your advice as this build has gone through several tests & research
8)This is ONLY PVP NOT PVE
