Strength
Strength increases damage done and is the core stat for all Scouts.
Finesse
Finesse is equally important and determines a scouts armor penetration. This is the second core stat for all Scouts.
Expertise
Expertise determines the scouts "to hit" chance. The higher a Scout's Expertise, the more likely they are able to hit their targets.
Luck
Luck determines critical hit chance vs. glancing blows. Glancing blows are the opposite of critical hits; they are critical failures. The lower a Scout's Luck, the more erratic their attacks will be as they will have a higher chance of a "glancing blow" which hits for very little damage. While not as important as other stats such as Strength, Luck should never be ignored.
Agility
Agility increases the Scouts ability to dodge and evade attacks.
Stamina
Stamina increases a Scouts health pool.
Endurance
Endurance reduces the chance a Scout will be hit with a critical hit.
